DONG IS PROJECT SMOKED's ASIAN SISTER

This is where Smoked Meats Meet East. Dong is where Traditional American Smoking Techniques fused with Asian Flavors that we all are all so familiar with. You will find classics with a twist like Smoked Pork Spare Ribs with a Nanami Togarashi Rub with Ponzu Glaze & Orange Zest. Also lots of Rice & Noodles (cause we Asian). Dong's Innovation doesn't just stop with the food program, our cocktail program features riffs on classic favorites like Chasiewed Fashion, Five Spice Infused Smoked Tallow Washed Bourbon with Housemade Chasiew Syrup. Not only that, Dong is the first restaurant in Johor Bahru that carries local and regional craft beers on tap. Some brands includes Young Master Ale from Hong Kong & Paperkite from Malaysia.

DONG 是 PROJECT SMOKED 旗下的亞洲姊妹餐廳。當美式燻肉遇上東方韻味,將會如
何碰撞出無限火花?我們將煙燻肉品與東方美食結合在一起,融合傳統美式煙燻技術與亞
洲食物風味美學,打造出獨具特色的菜品。如菜單所見,你會品嚐到以七味唐辛子調味的煙
燻豬排佐柚子醋汁和橙皮。此外,我們也提供大量米飯和麵條(畢竟我們是亞洲人)。DONG
的創新不僅體現在美食上,我們的雞尾酒酒單更是如此,例如叉燒 Old Fashioned、自製叉
燒糖漿調製的五香煙燻牛肉波本威士忌。值得一提的是,DONG 是柔佛新山首家提供本地
和區域精釀啤酒的餐廳,當中包括香港的 Young Master Ale 和馬來西亞品牌 Paperkite。
